NIFTY SALUD AI provides educational, informational wellbeing companionship for balanced eating, movement, rest and daily organisation. It is not a healthcare establishment or professional consultation.
2. Artificial intelligence
Responses are generated wholly or partly by AI and may contain errors. The ten characters are virtual AI assistants, not verified licensed human professionals.
3. Professional healthcare
It does not replace doctors, dietitians, psychologists or other licensed professionals. Responses are not individual clinical directions. Illness, pregnancy, eating disorders and pre-existing conditions require professional care.
4. Medicines and treatment
The service cannot diagnose, prescribe, specify dosages or recommend starting, stopping or changing medicines. It does not interpret tests as definitive diagnoses or treat eating disorders or mental illness. Treatment questions must be referred to a qualified professional.
5. Food, weight and activity
Suggestions are general and must respect individual limitations. No specific weight loss or physical results are guaranteed. Extreme fasting, dangerous restrictions, purging, compensatory behaviours and laxative misuse are prohibited. Goals should be gradual and sustainable.
6. Emotional wellbeing
Conversational support is not psychotherapy. Crisis, self-harm, suicidal thoughts or emergencies require immediate professional or local emergency help.
7. Emergencies
This is not an emergency service and does not guarantee continuous supervision. Contact local emergency care for medical or psychological urgency.
8. User responsibilities
Share information voluntarily and accurately, do not replace professional treatment or follow suggestions against professional advice, protect credentials and use the service lawfully.
9. Minimum age
This stage is exclusively for people aged 18 or over. Minors cannot register.
10. Availability
Interruptions, technical failures and AI errors may occur. Uninterrupted availability is not promised.
11. Intellectual property
Brand, interfaces, designs and characters are subject to their respective owners’ rights. Users retain applicable rights over their own content.
12. Personal data
Processing is described in the Privacy Policy, part of the contractual information.
13. Changes
Material changes must be communicated and renewed acceptance requested where appropriate. Version history will be retained.
14. Consumer rights
Non-waivable Argentine consumer rights are not limited. Paid services require terms on charges, cancellation, refunds and withdrawal before activation.
