2. Information
The app implements account, name, email, country, language, optional age, height, weight, goals, habits, preferences, written conversations, voice transcripts and consent records. Voluntarily shared wellbeing information may be sensitive.
3. Sensitive data
Processing requires a valid legal basis, specific consent where appropriate and enhanced safeguards. Health consent is voluntary, separate from contractual acceptance and revocable. Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Purposes
Account administration, authorised personalised companionship, continuity, progress, general guidance and security. Private conversations must not be used for advertising or external model training without prior disclosure and applicable authorisation.
5. Team and memory
There are ten virtual AI assistants; automatic handoffs remain disabled. Memory saves authorised information that can be reviewed, corrected or removed. Administrators see aggregated statistics, not private conversations.
6. Audio
Live voice processing and transcripts are implemented. No application audio-file storage was identified; provider retention remains unverified. With memory enabled, conversations and summaries may be stored. With memory disabled, no new facts are extracted and conversation content is not retained by the app.
7. Providers and transfers
Accounts and data use Lovable Cloud; AI and voice use Lovable’s AI service with configured OpenAI-family models. Contracted entities, countries, transfers, safeguards and provider conditions need verification. Data is not claimed to remain in Argentina.
8. Retention and deletion
Retention periods and complete account deletion remain pending. Deleting memories does not delete the account. Immediate backup removal is not guaranteed. A verified rights-request channel is required before launch.
9. Security
Authentication, own-account isolation and access controls are implemented. Consent is checked before AI, voice and sensitive writes. Without health consent, free conversation and weight entry are unavailable because no guaranteed sensitive-information exclusion filter exists. Public pages and team viewing remain accessible.
10. Rights
Access, correction, updating and deletion under applicable law. Argentine supervisory authority: Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública. Privacy contact remains pending.
11. Changes
